By using any Web Hosting Services product or service you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Billing

Services are billed monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually depending on the plan selected. Most plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee — domain registrations are excluded. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Accounts renew automatically unless you notify us otherwise before the renewal date.

Late Payments

Accounts are billed from their activation date. Accounts not paid within 5 days of the due date will be suspended. Accounts remaining unpaid after 30 days will be terminated and data may be removed. A reminder email is sent 5 days before any deactivation action is taken.

Acceptable Use Policy

Our services must be used for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our services for the transmission, storage, or presentation of any content that violates any applicable law. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Hacking tools, exploit code, or materials that facilitate unauthorised system access
• Unlicensed software distribution
• Spam or unsolicited bulk email
• IRC bots, egg drops, proxy servers, mail bombers, or port scanners
• Any activity that causes excessive server load or degrades the experience of other customers

Accounts found in violation of this policy will be suspended without refund. Web Hosting Services is the sole arbiter of what constitutes a policy violation.

Indemnification

Web Hosting Services specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Customers assume full responsibility for their use of our services and agree to defend and indemnify Web Hosting Services against any claims arising from their content or activities, including those involving intellectual property infringement, copyright violations, or defective items sold through our servers.

Limitation of Liability

Web Hosting Services assumes no responsibility for service interruptions, downtime, or data loss beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend that all customers maintain their own independent backups of their data. While we operate nightly offsite backups as part of our infrastructure, these are provided as a courtesy and do not constitute a guarantee of data recovery.

Modifications

Web Hosting Services reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, to suspend or terminate accounts without notice where policy violations occur, and to remove content deemed harmful or unlawful. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
